Anita moved to the UK in 1972 and over the last 30 years has built Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings into London 's largest independent lettings and property management company, with offices also in Hong Kong , Singapore , India and Dubai .
Anita opened In:Style Real Estate in Dubai in 2008, offering a complete service for investors in the UAE and an acquisition service through the company's international network. With her extensive knowledge of property and emerging markets, Anita is also a regular media contributor.

Marc began his career in banking, working in London , Paris , Amsterdam and Japan , before returning to London to pursue a career in the property investment sector.
Marc joined Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings in 1996 and has helped with the rapid expansion of the business. He is now responsible for the main rentals operation and assists developers and professional investors on their portfolio strategies in both London and Dubai.

After gaining a degree in Economics from the University of Sheffield, Martin went on to work in banking. He spent 12 years as a Senior Branch Manager with Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society and has also had Appointed Representative franchises with Scottish Amicable and Allied Dunbar. He also set up his own mortgage brokerage, Chesterfield Mortgage Services.
Martin moved to Dubai in 2001, initially working in the financial services industry. He quickly moved into the property investment sector, working for two UK-based companies before joining IS Real Estate as sales manager, heading the company's Dubai team selling property in both Dubai and London.

Our local office managed by Louise Ng, who has dual nationality; British and Chinese, allows us to provide our clients with a uniquely personal, efficient and service for letting and managing London property from Hong Kong.
Louise has been managing London property for family members and friends for a number of years which she converted to full time employment in 2007 when she joined IS Real Estate.

Having an office locally simplifies the process of letting a London property from Singapore. Managed by Lynne Geeves for the past six years, we provide a uniquely personal service by meeting our clients face to face in Singapore and providing them with expert advice on every aspect of London lettings. Lynne is British born and has lived in Asia for the past 20 years and was a client of one of our sister companies with a rental property in London, before taking over as Manager. Lynne is now one of the most experienced and knowledgeable people on London rentals in Singapore.

Sameer works with IS Real Estate's Indian clients, handling property acquisitions in London, Mumbai and Dubai. Sameer assists property investors and developers as well as those planning their first property investment. Sameer has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University in Maharastra, majoring in Management Studies and Economics. Before joining IS Real Estate, Sameer worked extensively in the financial sector with companies such as JP Morgan Chase and Citibank and HSBC.

With 20 years' experience in media communications and residential property, Sue joined sister company Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings in 1990 as Head of Management. She joined the Board as a director in 2001 and moved to the group's furnishing specialist In:Style Direct in 2007.
Sue now overseas the day-to-day running of In:Style Direct, specialising in furnishing and interior design, managing major refurbishment projects on behalf of property investors in London and Dubai.
