Choose Your Location In Dubai After Considering Many Variables Of Convenience

The apartment rental rates grew in 2013 in International City. On an annual basis, a two-bedroom unit in Discovery Gardens has the highest  lease value.

People make a choice between villa and apartment. The former has more advantages and running costs are also high.

Flats:
