Dubai and other cities in United Arab Emirates continue to shine in the global property market. Backed by good sentiments and investor confidence, the Emirate is sending the right message to all investors.
As per the data of Dubai Land Department, the GCC investment in Dubai real estate has crossed AED19 billion. The UAE nationals enjoy 66 percent share in the total property transactions. This is an assertion of the return of investor confidence in the real estate industry. The high off take is inspiring thousands of global investors as well.
A majority of them will visit the Middle East’s property showcase, Cityscape Global to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre in the third week of September.

The event will serve as a catalyst in driving growth in the real estate sector of all major markets. It is organised by Informa Exhibitions and supported by the Dubai Land Department.
Regions’ Biggest Show
The event, Cityscape Global, has carved its niche as the region’s most influential international real estate event driving investment and development in all major markets.
Says Wouter Molman, Director of Cityscape Group, the success of government policies in regulating the market has ensured the return of foreign investor confidence.
Molman said foreign nationals from 162 countries conducted property transactions in Dubai and reinforced the strength and stability of the market.
The year 2014 also started with many positive indicators. Going by the profile of investors, Indians, Pakistanis and Britishers are at the frontline as retail investors in the emirate’s property market. Together they account for 56 per cent of all the investments, as of June 2014.
At Cityscape Global, a strong global turnout is expected. Adding to the strong international appeal is the exhibition that will feature many international pavilions. Topping the chart will be Turkey’s pavilion with 2,000sq.m space housing more than 30 companies.
