This shows that property market in Dubai is growing in all aspects.

Certain reports suggest that the investors who wish to  buy property in Dubai with cash far surpass the number of credit buyers in Dubai. Although various financial institutions and banks in the UAE have mortgage plans for the buyers, but the developers are setting up conditions to safeguard Dubai real estate sector from another obstruction. These conditions do not affect cash buyers.
